We are an outpatient physical therapy office providing specialized care for people of all ages with varying injuries.

Our Goal: As an out-patient physical therapy office, we strive to deliver the highest quality of treatment by utilizing various techniques from evidence-based research to achieve optimal outcomes. Our staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge to assess various sport, orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal conditions. We provide the highest standard of care and individual treatment plans.

Office Manager

At Optimal Physical Therapy Sports and Wellness Center, helping you get better is our number one goal. As the Office Manager, Marina ensures the office operates efficiently and makes sure our patients' queries are addressed.

Our Therapist

Eugene Rubtsov, PT, DPT

Eugene received both of his B.S. degree's in Health Sciences and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from University of Stony Brook in Suffolk, NY. His post graduate training has included an array of neurological, orthopedic/sports and post operative rehabilitation training with an emphasis on manual therapy care and therapeutic exercise training.
